Who else is a pumpkin lover? Fall season may be over, but it doesn’t mean that the pumpkin-spice lattes and candles need to stop 🙂
What You Need:Â
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips (or more 🙂 )
2 cups canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups canola oil
Now Let’s Make It!
Combine the flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda in a large bowl to avoid a mess 🙂 In another bowl, beat the eggs, then pour in the sugar, pumpkin and oil. Mix into dry ingredients until it looks even and moist. Finally, pour in the chocolate chips – if you want it more gooey, just add more in!
Don’t forget to grease your loaf pan prior to pouring the mixture in. Bake at 350° for one hour, but if your toothpick still isn’t clean upon poking a hole in, place it back into the oven and check every five minutes.
Enjoy – but don’t forget to let it cool before you dig in!Â
